Scholarship Benefits (Fully Funded)
The Taiwan ICDF Scholarship provides comprehensive financial support:
- Full Tuition Fees: Covers tuition and credit fees required by the partner university.
- Airfare: Round-trip economy class flight tickets to and from Taiwan.
- Accommodation: Free housing in student dormitories.
- Living Allowance:
- Master's: NT$ 18,000 per month.
- Bachelor's: NT$ 15,000 per month.
- PhD: (Typically higher, varies by program).
- Insurance: Student safety, medical, and accident insurance.
- Textbooks: Costs for approved textbooks are covered.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply, you must meet the following requirements:
- Nationality: You must be a citizen of a country eligible for the TaiwanICDF Scholarship (check the official list).
- Admission: You must meet the admission requirements of the specific partner university.
- Visa: You must be able to satisfy the requirements for a Resident Visa (Code: FS).
- Restrictions: You cannot be a Taiwanese citizen or an overseas compatriot student. You cannot receive other Taiwan government scholarships simultaneously.

How to Apply
The application process involves two steps (ICDF + University):
- Complete the TaiwanICDF Online Application.
- Submit a separate application to your chosen partner university in Taiwan.
- Upload all required documents (Diploma, Transcripts, ID, etc.) to the online system.
- Submit all physical documents required by the Taiwan Embassy/Consulate in your country.
